Cancellation & Refunds

CompatShield wants billing to be clear and fair. Summary:

• Monthly plans: Within 7 days after the purchase, if you encounter technical problem that we can’t fix, we will cheerfully refund your money.
• Annual plans: Within 7 days after the purchase, if you encounter technical problem that we can’t fix, we will cheerfully refund your money.

How to cancel

Cancel from your Account dashboard or email policy@compatshield.com with your account email and order ID.

Refund processing

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days (timing depends on the payment provider).
• We may refuse refunds outside the stated windows .
• For disputes or chargebacks, please contact us first at policy@compatshield.com.

If you bought through a reseller or third-party marketplace, refund policy of that channel may apply — contact them or us and we’ll assist.
